Seth Smith was born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina, where he continues to call home. Before joining Family Physicians of Spartanburg in June 2025, Seth provided emergency medical care throughout the Upstate as a member of Medical Group of the Carolinas–Emergency Medicine, staffing five regional hospitals. He also gained experience delivering in-home primary care to patients in the Greenville–Spartanburg area with YourHealth.
A board-certified Physician Assistant since 2019, Seth completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) at South College in Knoxville, Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Greenville University. He is committed to helping patients achieve their health goals and enjoy active, functional lives through proactive and compassionate care.
Outside the clinic, Seth enjoys time outdoors with his wife and children, making the most of Gods’ creation and natural beauty that surrounds them.
