Douglas Wiley, DO

Erin LeRoy is a licensed Physician Assistant with more than seven years of clinical experience across emergency medicine and orthopedics. She joins Family Physicians of Spartanburg as part of Dr. Wiley’s care team, bringing a patient-centered approach and a broad procedural background to the practice. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science from Clemson University before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at High Point University. She went on to begin her clinical career in the ER at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and later joined Carolina Orthopedic and Neurosurgical Associates, expanding her expertise in musculoskeletal care, imaging interpretation, and ultrasound-guided procedures.

Erin performs wellness exams, physical assessments, joint injections, laceration repairs, and collaborates closely with her team to coordinate care and develop treatment plans. Her focus is on building lasting relationships with patients and providing thorough, accessible care for families in the Spartanburg community.

Erin lives locally in Spartanburg where she was born and raised. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, painting, baking, and traveling.
