Family Physicians of Spartanburg’ on-site laboratory, which is CLIA and COLA certified, places us into a position of excellence among labs in the United States. We are able to perform in-house at the point-of-care lab testing for patient specimens not mandated to be outsourced (Quest & LabCorp) by patients’ insurance.

• Chemistry Panels; Complete Metabolic Profile, Basic Metabolic Profile, Liver Function Test, Glucose, Potassium, Sodium, AST, ALT, ALK, Protein Serums and more
• Hematology; Complete Blood Counts with white and red blood cell counts
• Mononucleosis
• Strep (streptococcus) throat
• Influenza
• Fecal occult
• Urine analysis; identify abnormal or white cells, crystals and blood
